The Challenge

Turfflex was managing client bookings, turf measurements, and mechanic work orders using spreadsheets and email threads. As order frequency scaled in the USA market, manual dispatching caused scheduling gaps, delayed field technician notifications, and a lack of real-time visibility into employee availability.

The Solution

I engineered a custom React administrative dashboard hooked to a structured MySQL database. The system automatically processes incoming lead forms, matches them to the nearest available technician using mapping algorithms, and dispatches job details. Twilio integrations trigger instant SMS notifications to mechanics with job directions and measurements.
