The Challenge

Real estate agents need to run targeted prospecting campaigns around active listings (circle prospecting). Managing leads from multiple public registries, manually initiating outreach campaigns, processing billing subscriptions, and tracking agent analytics was highly fragmented and time-consuming.

The Solution

I contributed to building the responsive React frontend of Circle Prospecting AI. I integrated Stripe subscription payment intents and webhook events to process user tiers. Additionally, I established GoHighLevel API webhooks that immediately push prospect details to the subscriber's custom CRM dashboard when they request a radius lookup.

Key Results

• Structured a unified dashboard allowing agents to subscribe and launch campaigns in minutes.
• Automated lead processing workflows via GoHighLevel webhooks, eliminating manually-exported CSV lists.
• Processed secure payment captures with Stripe.
